Miami SeaquariumMiami Seaquarim is very similar to SeaWorld in Orlando, but it is just a little smaller. The Seaquarim, just like SeaWorld, main goal is to educate guests about marine life through very entertaining shows. Here you can see sharks, sea lions, killer whales, dolphins, stingrays, and eels perform amazing acts. The Seaquarium sits on 38 acres which overlooks beautiful Biscayne Bay, where the views are simply amazing. One of the most popular events at the Seaquarium is the dolphin interaction program. This is where you can pay a few dollars more to swim with the dolphins in a huge swimming pool. Note: If you are going to be staying in the Central Florida area, we suggest visiting Sea World Orlando, rather than drive all the way to Miami to the Seaquarium. Many Kissimmee hotels offer shuttle services to the Miami area for a fee. Hours: Daily, 9:30 am–6:00 pm. Last admission is at 5:30 pm. Closed: The park is open 7 days a week, but it is closed on most major holidays. Phone: 305-361-5705 Address: 4400 Rickenbacker Causeway, Miami Web: www.miamiseaquarium.com Directions from Orlando: Take I4 to the Florida turnpike heading south towards Miami. Once in Miami take I-95 S, to Exit 1 (Miami Seaquarium), and follow the signs to Rickenbacker Causeway. US-1 N, exit to right just before the I-95 on-ramp, and follow the signs to Key Biscayne and Rickenbacker Causeway.
